The Advisory Council of The EveryWish Foundation provides strategic insight, professional expertise, and mission-aligned counsel to help expand our impact for children facing critical and terminal illnesses.
While our Board of Directors governs oversight and accountability, our Advisory Council strengthens the organization through specialized knowledge across healthcare, research, philanthropy, business leadership, nonprofit development, and community engagement.

Dustin Duhon serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation, bringing extensive leadership experience in business development, communications, and operations. He is the President and CEO of Eagle Tubulars, LLC, where he has helped lead and grow the company within the oil and gas services industry.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Dustin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Marketing. He began his career in the media industry, working in radio and television as a Morning Drive producer and anchor, delivering news, weather, and traffic reports to multiple radio and television affiliates in one of the nation’s largest markets.
In 2007, Dustin returned to his family’s roots in the oil and gas services sector, starting in business development. His entrepreneurial mindset, relationship-driven approach, and operational leadership contributed to the rapid growth of the business and ultimately to his current role as President and CEO.
Raised in Katy, Texas, Dustin continues to call Katy home, where he lives with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, bow hunting, tennis, fitness, and has a longtime passion for meteorology, often sharing his weather insights with those around him.

Dan Geddes serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and is the Chief Financial Officer of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. and Frost Bank, one of Texas’ leading financial institutions.
With nearly three decades of experience at Frost Bank, Dan has held a range of leadership roles spanning credit, commercial lending, real estate, and regional banking operations. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2025, he served as Region President for Frost’s San Antonio market, where he oversaw all aspects of banking operations and strategic growth.
Earlier in his career, Dan led the Commercial Real Estate Group in Houston and played a key role in Frost’s major market expansion, overseeing the successful launch of 25 new financial centers and significantly accelerating the bank’s growth in the region. He also contributed to critical business support efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping companies secure funding through the Paycheck Protection Program.
Dan is deeply committed to community engagement and civic leadership. He currently serves as Chair of the Finance Committee for The Remember the Alamo Foundation and is actively involved with organizations including SA Digital Connects, the UT Health San Antonio Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics, United Way, and the Greater San Antonio Chamber. He is also a graduate of Leadership San Antonio.
Through his financial expertise and commitment to service, Dan brings valuable insight to The EveryWish Foundation’s mission of supporting families while advancing innovative approaches to care and treatment.

Tommy Golczynski serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and is the Co-Founder of Pontem Analytics, an international data science and engineering company focused on advanced analytics and technical innovation.
A serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Tommy has founded, led, and successfully exited multiple companies across global markets. Throughout his career, he has combined technical expertise with strategic leadership, authoring numerous technical papers and participating on industry panels focused on innovation and engineering solutions.
Tommy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating magna cum laude. He has also been actively involved in mentorship and advisory roles, helping foster collaboration between industry, academia, and business school commercialization programs.
In recent years, Tommy has expanded his investment and advisory work into emerging fields including sports science, biomechanics, wellness, and longevity-focused technologies. He is also an early investor in Galahad Capital, supporting several leading biotech and medical technology ventures advancing new treatments and breakthrough discoveries in areas such as vision restoration, organ disease, and longevity science.
Outside of his professional work, Tommy is deeply committed to youth development and athletics. He has founded and coached several youth sports organizations and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of athletes and leaders.

Jennifer Hagan, MBA, CFRE, is a seasoned executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation, sustainable growth, and mission advancement across domestic and international philanthropic organizations.
Jennifer currently serves in a senior Director role at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH), the congressionally authorized nonprofit that builds strategic public-private partnerships in support of the National Institutes of Health, the world’s leading medical research agency. In this role, she manages relationships with principal donors, board members, and senior stakeholders, while overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives including MAP-D, Music as Medicine, and the Deeda Blair Initiative for Brain Disorders.
Previously, Jennifer served as Regional Executive Director for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, where she led a geographically and operationally complex region spanning New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to build sustainable partnerships, guide organizations through significant change, and launch high-impact revenue initiatives. Her leadership includes orchestrating multi-chapter mergers and founding the Richard Kay Leadership Award, an initiative that generated millions in new revenue while honoring philanthropic leaders across the Washington, D.C. region.
Jennifer brings a global perspective to her work, supported by an MBA in Global Social Sustainable Enterprise from Colorado State University and earlier experience in international development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counseling from Towson University.
Beyond her professional career, Jennifer is deeply committed to service and community engagement. She volunteers as a longtime Young Life leader and actively supports her husband’s Saturday Third Serve Homeless Outreach.

Sean Lamont serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and brings a strong background in finance, strategy, and leadership. A graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Sean was also Captain of the varsity baseball team, where he developed the teamwork, discipline, and leadership values that continue to guide both his professional and personal life.
Throughout his career, Sean has built experience in financial strategy and business operations, applying a thoughtful and analytical approach to complex challenges.
Beyond his professional work, Sean has a longstanding commitment to community service. He has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and has spent many years coaching youth baseball through Little League, helping mentor and support young athletes in his community.
Sean’s connection to The EveryWish Foundation is deeply personal. After witnessing his father’s journey battling cancer—and seeing the profound impact serious illness has on families—he became passionate about supporting organizations that provide hope, joy, and meaningful support to those navigating difficult medical journeys.

Scott Monteverde serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and is a Portfolio Management Director and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He works closely with individuals and families to support thoughtful, long-term financial planning, bringing a disciplined, client-focused approach informed by his earlier experience at Fayez Sarofim, where he developed a strong foundation in investment strategy and risk management.
Beyond his professional work, Scott is deeply committed to service and community involvement. He serves on the board of directors for Camp Blessing, an organization dedicated to creating meaningful and joyful experiences for children with special needs.
Scott’s philanthropic involvement is further shaped by a personal connection to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. After losing his mother-in-law to pancreatic cancer, he became actively involved in supporting research and awareness initiatives, reinforcing his dedication to helping families facing serious illness and hardship.
Guided by a strong belief in giving back, Scott is drawn to organizations that provide hope, dignity, and tangible support to those in need. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and remains actively engaged in his community, grounded in a deep sense of responsibility to serve others.

Joe Pogge serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and is the owner of Pogge Marketing, where he advises organizations on branding, marketing strategy, public relations, and event-driven engagement.
Joe brings more than two decades of executive leadership in marketing and communications. He previously served as Partner and CEO of Strike Marketing, where he led high-profile campaigns and partnerships for major clients including the Houston Texans and the NCAA Men’s Final Four. Earlier in his career, Joe held marketing leadership roles with Clear Channel Communications and Gannett Broadcasting, overseeing strategy for leading radio brands including Mix 96.5, 94.5 The Buzz, and 93Q.
In recognition of his impact in the industry, Joe was inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.
A graduate of the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Marketing, Joe has remained deeply engaged with his community. He has served as both Board Member and President of the University of Houston Alumni Association and as a Board Member of the Holocaust Museum Houston.
With deep expertise in brand strategy and audience engagement, Joe brings valuable insight to The EveryWish Foundation’s efforts to expand awareness, strengthen partnerships, and amplify its mission.

Abril Reyes serves on the Advisory Board of The EveryWish Foundation as a Family Advocate, bringing a deeply personal perspective to the Foundation’s mission.
Abril and her husband, Jaimie, are the parents of their son, Dario, whose courageous multi-year battle with cancer touched the lives of many. During that journey, their family became part of the Stuff the Sleigh community, where they experienced the support of the program and shared a special Dare to Dream trip together. Those moments of joy and connection remain a meaningful part of their family’s story.
Abril’s own health journey has also been marked by remarkable strength and resilience, including undergoing two kidney transplants. Through these experiences, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face when navigating serious illness.
Today, Abril brings that lived experience to The EveryWish Foundation, helping ensure that the voices of families are represented in the organization’s work. Her perspective helps guide the Foundation in creating programs and partnerships that truly support children and families facing life-threatening illnesses.
Abril remains committed to honoring Dario’s legacy by helping bring hope, comfort, and meaningful moments to other families walking similar paths.

Kellie Sissom serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation, bringing extensive experience in sports management, business operations, and community leadership. A native of Katy, Texas, Kellie has built her career at the intersection of athletics, business, and service.
Kellie holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University, where she was a Distinguished Graduate in Sport Management. During her time at Texas A&M, she founded the Occupational Therapy Club and served as President of the Sport Management Society.
Following graduate school, Kellie worked with RaceWorks, LLC, a motorsports marketing agency supporting major brands including Quaker State, GMAC Financial, Pennzoil, and Shell. Her role included managing client relationships within the Indy Racing League, coordinating driver appearances, and producing large-scale hospitality and championship events across NASCAR, NHRA, and IRL platforms.
Kellie later joined the family business and is a licensed independent insurance agent with Katy Insurance Agency, Inc., where she manages personal and commercial insurance lines with a specialization in sports insurance while supporting the company’s day-to-day operations.
Deeply committed to community service, Kellie is an active member of the Rotary Club of Katy and served as its President from 2021–2022. Her leadership includes roles with the Katy Triathlon, Wild West Brewfest, and the Rotary Club of Houston Lombardi Award committee. In recognition of her service, she was named Rotarian of the Year for Katy in 2023–2024 and currently serves as an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 5890. She has also served in numerous leadership roles supporting youth development and education within Katy ISD and the local community.
Kellie’s connection to the mission of The EveryWish Foundation is also deeply personal. Her husband, Trey Sissom, Head Football Coach at Travis High School, was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2018 and underwent extensive treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center, including radiation, chemotherapy, participation in a clinical trial, and a stem cell transplant. After years of treatment and recovery, he was declared in full remission in 2025.
This experience profoundly shaped Kellie’s commitment to supporting families facing serious illness and advancing the search for innovative treatments and cures.
Kellie and Trey have two children who attend Texas A&M University and remain deeply rooted in the Katy community.

Dr. Yong Zhao, MD, PhD, is an internationally recognized physician-scientist specializing in clinical immunology and stem cell biology. He completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Chicago and has held academic and professorship appointments at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Hackensack Meridian Health.
Dr. Zhao is the first scientist to discover cord blood stem cells (CB-SCs) and is the inventor of Stem Cell Educator (SCE) Therapy, a novel approach designed to address the root causes of autoimmune disease. He holds nine patents and has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
He is the Founder, President, and CEO of Throne Biotechnologies, a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Paramus, New Jersey, focused on developing regenerative therapies for autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. Throne Biotechnologies is recognized by the FDA as a Regenerative Medicine innovator—an important designation reflecting the promise and rigor of its research.
Dr. Zhao’s pioneering work in SCE Therapy leverages cord blood stem cells to help rebalance and repair the patient’s own immune system, rather than simply suppressing symptoms. His research has demonstrated encouraging clinical outcomes across multiple autoimmune conditions, including Type 1 Diabetes, Long COVID, Crohn’s Disease, and Alopecia Areata.
With more than two decades of clinical research experience, Dr. Zhao brings deep scientific expertise and a future-focused approach to advancing innovative treatments. His work aligns closely with The EveryWish Foundation’s commitment to supporting breakthroughs that improve and extend lives for children and families facing serious illness.

Scott Tiano serves as an Advisory Board Member for The EveryWish Foundation and is the Founder and Managing Partner of JS Western Partners, a commercial real estate investment firm he established in 2012 to acquire core-plus and value-add assets on behalf of private investors and family offices. In this role, Scott leads the firm’s long-term corporate and asset management strategy and oversees all equity and debt relationships.
Scott began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 after early professional experience producing independent feature films and working in consumer product licensing. From 2004 to 2010, he was one of Sperry Van Ness’ leading investment brokers, specializing in retail assets, and later co-founded Wilson Commercial Investment Sales Group, which was subsequently acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle. He syndicated his first real estate investment in 2007 and later became a partner at LS Capital, where he was involved in acquiring retail shopping centers and distressed debt throughout the Western United States.
Since founding JS Western Partners, Scott has led the firm through multiple market cycles, growing its portfolio to an approximate total value of $450 million.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from UCLA and remains deeply engaged in philanthropy and mentorship. He serves on the board of UCLA’s Master of Real Estate & Development Program, is a longtime board member and active “Big Brother” with Jewish Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Los Angeles, and previously served on the board of The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He is also a member of Real Estate Presidents, RPO, a giving circle dedicated to supporting a broad range of charitable causes.
Scott lives in Agoura Hills, California, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums, traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.
